New Orleans rock duo Generationals deliver brilliantly on their third full studio album, Heza. Ted Joyner and Grant Widmer’s instrumental blend of original rock n’ roll with current indie sounds is not only pleasing to the ear, but the lyrics are measured and relevant. Songs such as “Spinoza” and “Put a Light On” are proof that music is progressing in the right direction.

After their former band The Eames Era broke up, the remaining members Joyner and Widmer founded Generationals and after half a decade, the duo has perfected their sound. Henceforth the world may now experience the musical arcadia that is Generationals.
